Day 1 Arrive Srinagar → Pahalgam
Arrive at Srinagar airport and drive about 3 hours to Pahalgam, stopping at the saffron fields of Pampore and the Awantipora ruins. Evening walk along the Lidder river.

Day 2 Pahalgam Valleys
Full day in Pahalgam: Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari (local union cab, paid directly). Optional pony ride to Baisaran meadow.

Day 3 Pahalgam → Gulmarg
Drive to Gulmarg, the ‘meadow of flowers’. Afternoon free to ride the Gulmarg Gondola (Phase 1/2, ticket extra) or enjoy snow activities in season.

Day 4 Gulmarg → Srinagar · Shikara Ride
Drive back to Srinagar. Check in and take a shikara ride on Dal Lake past the floating gardens and Char Chinar.

Day 5 Srinagar · Mughal Gardens
Visit Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi, and the Hazratbal Shrine. Evening free for shopping for dry fruits, pashmina and handicrafts.
